FABULOUS PET PORTRAITS
This is Pepper he was my heart and soul until the year 2000 when he unexpectedly died and completely devastated me. A few years later I got my computer program and I was able to draw with the detail that I love to use when drawing. I found this photo of him as a baby which you can see is not very good. I took the photo and put it in my Photoshop program and took out the background, adjusted the rest of the image till I was able to see the features reasonably well, then with my art program and my digital tablet I drew this portrait of Pepper, and in some way it was like getting him back a little bit.
This is Pepper as an adult, he was just a bundle of love and I miss him terribly but having this portrait of him makes his loss just a little easier to deal with. How I got this was the only picture I had of him as an adult was on an old sweat shirt that had a transfer picture on it, so I scanned it into my Photoshop program and adjusted it a little bit and as you can see in the top picture he is tilted a little bit so I was able to straighten him up and use this as my image to make the portrait from. He is part of my screen saver program and it is so nice to be able to see him this way.
